The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) - Public Law Institution - is the central real estate company of the federal government. Its main tasks include unified real estate management, real estate administration and sales, as well as forestry and nature conservation management of the property sites. Nationwide, around 7,000 employees work for the BImA, distributed among the headquarters in Bonn and nine directorates, as well as more than 120 locations.

The Dortmund Directorate is currently seeking a Building Manager (m/f/d) for the Bonn location within the Residential Business Unit to start as soon as possible. The position is classified as Salary Group 10 TVöD Bund / Salary Group A 10 BBesG with the identification code WEWO0009 and job ID.

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks is not allowed to establish new civil servant positions. The transfer of persons with lifetime civil servant status (same status or next lower salary group, but without change of career) is possible with the approval of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

The position is permanent.

Since September 1, 2020, the BImA has taken over the management and development of its good apartments through its newly established Residential Division.
