Responsibilities:

Client Follow-Up and CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM database, including contact information, policy details, and communication history.
- Use the CRM system to schedule followup tasks, set reminders, and track client interactions to ensure timely and effective communication.
Provider Communication:
- Liaise with insurance providers to obtain updates on client cases, claims processing, and policy status, and record relevant information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with providers to ensure timely resolution of client issues and inquiries, and document outcomes in the CRM database.
Agent Support and Process Management:
- Assist insurance agents with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing paperwork, and update CRM records accordingly.
- Monitor agents' workflows and processes within the CRM system to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized and uptodate client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible, and enter relevant information into the CRM database.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using CRM data to support agency operations and decisionmaking processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,Power Point) and CRM software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional support to clients and agents.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

$25, $85,000.00 per year
