Description

Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports NVE's proposal for the upcoming State Department, INL, Office Western Hemisphere Program (WHP), FS4 (Operations, Logistics, Facilities). Work is performed in the Western Hemisphere. The contract performs the following critical functions:

Support illicit movement of narcotics, irregular migration, counter transnational criminal organizations, enhance security ar air/land/sea ports of entry
Primary NAICS
Other NAICS Professional, Scientific, Technical; General freight trucking, local; General warehousing and storage; Other airport ops)

The SME will have had direct work experience with one of the incumbent contractors performing on the existing contract as former civil servant or contract employee. The SME will hold specific knowledge of:

Activities performed for State Department, INL, WHP.
INL, WHP concerns and hot buttons.
Unique operating issues at locations.

The SME reports directly to the NVE capture manager.
