Your tasks

  • Commissioning and support of Unify systems OpenScape 4000
  • Installation and support of applications such as CTI, ACD, UC, UCC
  • Processing of incidents and MAC in a remote environment
  • Processing and updating of system documentation
  • Participation in on-call duty

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the IT and communication technology sector (e.g. electronics technician for information and communication technology, IT specialist, IT system electronics technician or similar)
  • Knowledge and experience in installation, commissioning, and service of Un
