Our Tax Resolution Supervisor (TRS) in our Irvine Office operates as a team lead and office manager for our Irvine location.
This entails continuous oversight and support to the Resolution team at this location, assisting them with fundamental questions, procedural steps, attendance, and overall coverage.
The TRS will also be reporting to the Manager of Case Managers (MCM), providing feedback, advice, and collaborating on ways to maintain great team morale and productivity.
This person plays a crucial role in ensuring that our service teams have the support and supervision needed to excel in their roles and provide excellent service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support and advice to members of Resolution Team in Irvine
- Oversee Irvine Office operations
- Cover absent Case Managers in the Irvine Office
- Substitute for Manager of Case Managers (MCM) if/when necessary
- Collaborate with MCM on team performance, procedures, ideas, etc.
- Assist Resolution Team with escalated client calls if/when necessary
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment in the Irvine Office
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Tax Resolution experience
- Enrolled Agents preferred but not required
- 2+ years of office leadership experience
- Tax Resolution leadership preferred but not required
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office & CRM Experience
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Pay:
$75, $100,000.00 per year
