Do you have a passion for customer service and happen to love animals? If you have experience as a receptionist or in customer service, you may be interested in our position with
MSPCA-Angell West in Waltham, MA as a Client Care Specialist.

Our Client Care Specialist plays an integral role in managing the flow of information between our veterinary staff and clients.

Duties include (but are not limited to) greeting and registering clients, handling check-ins/check-outs, receiving emergencies, processing patient admissions and discharges, checking out over the counter sales, managing incoming calls, handling referral paperwork and medical records, discussing financial requirements with clients, and driving a shuttle to our Boston location.

Experience:
Required

Must be able to drive the Angell West vehicle and possess valid MA driver's license and a clean driving record.
