- Consult with individuals and collaterals on treatment outcomes and course of treatment.
- Electronically document diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and service notes in each person's confidential record.
- Review, update, and complete treatment plans every six months.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Psychiatrist and provide coverage when needed.

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluation, monitoring, and psychopharmacology services to individuals within our clinic setting. Work with us in a mix of remote and in-person hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements: Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New York State; ANCC certification; one year post-degree experience in a human service setting; accepted by Medicaid and Medicare for billing; current DEA license and CAQH account.
