Come join a great and compassionate organization This full-time, permanent, hybrid M-F days Nurse Practitioner opportunity is in Syracuse, NY

Competitive salary ($110-$145k based on experience) with great benefits that are fully paid by the employer with positive culture Whether you are a co-worker or a patient, you are considered family Typical hours are M-F 8am-4pm. This is a hybrid role where you will be mainly in the field but also have virtual capabilities based on the weather

Some of the Job Responsibilities include:

Provide general medical care to various and/or specific patient levels – adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
Perform comprehensive evaluations including history and physical exams for risk adjustment and other regulatory assessments.
Address both chronic and acute primary care complaints, and able to ascertain medical urgency.
Has 24/7 On-call rotation responsibilities
Create and implements a medical plan of care.

Education:

Certified and registered as a nurse practitioner (NP) by the State Education Department to practice as an NP in NY, GA, MI, CA, IN, and VA. COMPACT LICENSURE Preferred
Must meet STATE Specific NP Requirements
Must have Medicare license numbers and State Medicaid license numbers.
Board. Board certification: AANP or ANCC REQUIRED
