We are looking for an experienced agent to help mentor new and seasoned agents. We provide agents and in-school leads to the coaching program. This is a great way to grow your real estate team alongside the coaching program. Give agents the opportunity to gain industry experience by letting them help you grow your team. Compensation:

$85,000 - $130,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Coach and teach contracts
Coaching appointments
Help recruit new agents to the office
Weekly accountability with agents
Weekly coaches meeting
Oneonone coaching appointments
Help negotiate contracts
Actively sells
Ability to teach sales script mastery

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Real estate sales experience
10+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS
Training experience
Team player
Coachable and trainable
Desire to grow the real estate team
Good communication
