    Description

    Title:

    Financial Reporting ManagerLocation: Dallas, TXI am partnered with a growing global alternative asset investment firm looking to add to their Financial Reporting team.

    This person will manage the team who ensures internal and external financing reports are correct and in line with regulations and will also ensure compliance with accounting standards.


    Responsibilities:
    Ensure financial statements are in compliance with US GAAP and manage the entire financial reporting processOversee all SEC filing activities including creating and managing the drafting and review processWork with key leaders across the business for all transactions that appear in their financial statements and lead multiple presentations to senior executivesTake point in ensuring efficiency across financial and internal reporting and technical accounting processQualifications:CPA Certification + Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance7+ years of financial reporting and accounting experienceIn-depth understanding of SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP guidelinesDiscipline(s): Risk ManagementJob type: Permanent
