    Job Description Summary

    Rattaché au Manager Régional des ventes de son réseau commercial, le Responsable Commercial SE est garant de la gestion et du pilotage des dossiers commerciaux complexes de son secteur. Son focus principal s'oriente sur le gain de parts de marché et la gestion des dossiers complexes de renouvellement en appuis avec les équipes Responsable Commercial CP locales et les autres fonctions supports au business (DSC, AS, Product Manager...).

    Il/elle est responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs et du développement du chiffre d'affaires sur son secteur.

    En résumé :

    Il/elle est responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs et du développement du chiffre d'affaires sur son secteur.

    Responsabilités principales :

    * Engager les clients avec une approche solution complète et valoriser la proposition de valeur.

    * Réaliser des ventes complexes en mode projet impliquant plusieurs gammes de produits.

    * Interagir de manière experte en interne, coordonner le groupe projet et mobiliser les ressources internes.

    * Convertir activement de nouveaux marchés en mettant en place un plan d'action validé par le manager régional des ventes.

    * Développer rapidement des relations avec les prospects/clients et agir en tant que conseiller/expert en vente de solutions dans sa région.

    * Gérer le cycle de vente complet, fournir des feedbacks réguliers sur le marché/client, proposer des actions innovantes et participer activement aux réunions régionales avec le management.

    Profil recherché :

    Formation et expérience :

    * Bac + 4/5 dans le domaine scientifique et/ou commercial.

    * Expérience commerciale requise dans la vente de dispositifs médicaux en milieu hospitalier et services critiques.

    * Expérience dans la gestion de projet, dans la vente complexe et la gestion de comptes stratégiques.

    Connaissances et compétences :

    * Connaissance de l'environnement dans lequel il/elle exerce (pharmacies, hôpitaux, cliniques, industrie pharmaceutique, laboratoires et laboratoires de recherche, industrie B2B...).

    * Connaissances du réseau de clients.

    * Maitrise des techniques de vente, de la vente complexe en mode projet, de négociation et de communication.
