- Plan, coordinate and supervise recruitment visits and events to represent Roncalli Catholic High School. To include the selection and training of Student Ambassadors, arrangement of shadow days and the responsibility of providing tours and information sessions to prospective students, families and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for all applications and communication with candidates and their parents throughout the admissions process.
- Promote, arrange and execute testing for prospective students.
- Determine, with the President, Business Office, and Principal, students eligible for scholastic and need-based scholarships and grants.
- Responsible for the development and oversight of the department budget.
- Utilizes SchoolAdmin to facilitate the recruitment and enrollment of qualified candidates.
- With the Advancement Team, produce and distribute recruitment materials and assist in development activities and public relations.
- Coordinate and expand Summer Camps.
- Serve as Jr. Pride Association liaison, where appropriate.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Proven leadership including ability to motivate and lead through change to reach common goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, develop and implement effective strategies, prioritize, and time management
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- High energy, attention to detail, and ability to organize effectively
- Ability to develop innovative & creative ideas & strategies
