We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Property Care Specialist for our retail center and property in Dripping Springs, Texas.

As a Property Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the maintenance, security, and overall well-being of our properties.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to upkeep the appearance and functionality of the properties.
• Monitor and address security concerns to ensure the safety of tenants and visitors.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Assist with landscaping duties to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the properties.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors to coordinate maintenance activities effectively.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general maintenance tasks and repair techniques.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Reliable Transportation/Driver's License
• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
