Yorklyn, PA based Fabrice & Weinroth Investment is a national and international investment and transaction service provider in the high-volume real estate segment.

We are currently seeking a Secretary (m/f/d) & Investment Broker (m/f/d), Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) for our Berlin location, with a focus on the German market and residential & commercial properties, to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative and organizational support (processing mail, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments and visitors, preparing meetings, handling correspondence)
Creating exposés and presentation materials
Acquiring highvolume assets and real estate portfolios at multiple German locations
Building relationships with investors and independently managing ongoing clients
Conducting property viewings and negotiating contracts

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and professionalism when interacting with guests, clients, and business partners
Good German and English language skills, knowledge of Polish is a plus but not required
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Attention to detail, responsibility, and reliability
