Position Summary:
- and long-term initiatives by gaining an in-depth understanding of Premier Research Lab's strategy.
Essential Functions:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to local and remote users concerns relating to ERP systems.
- Responsible for ensuring that the systems are running on current software releases and conduct proper planning and test coordination for upgrades and maintenance.
- Responsible for making improvement recommendations to ERP Operations management concerning changes in business process and internal department process.
- Responsible for assisting in the implementation of newly defined ERP related initiatives. These would consist of modifications/enhancements, third party addons, integrations, new ERP deployments and upgrades.
- Must provide excellent customer service through end user training and documentation.
- Accountable for enforcement of IT department standards, including but not limited to, proper design, project documentation, coding standards, and approval processes.
- Participates in the creation of the supported software and hardware lists.
- Ensures complete issue tracking and reporting is accomplished.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Communicates and works with ERP systems users, vendors, and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup
Education & Experience:
- 35 years' experience supporting Netsuite Oneworld ERP, or a comparable ERP system
- Experience with Celigo middleware preferred
- Experience administering a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) the company uses DataNinja MES
- Experience in Magento 2 administration
- Proficient in managing users and roles in Netsuite
- Proficient in creating saved searches and workflows in Netsuite
- Proficient in data import and export in Netsuite
- Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office 365 Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Previous experience in similar industry preferred
- Dietary Supplement Manufacturing
- Applicable industry certifications expected

Work Environment:

- This position involves sitting for extended periods of time.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid environment
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am5:00pm (shifts may vary based on needs of the company)
- Occasional overtime may be required
