Your Responsibilities:

- **Financial Management**: Maintain accounts payable, payroll records, bank deposits, and coordinate accounts receivable with our reimbursement manager.
- **Report Expertise**: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and tax returns. Prepare financial reports for financial institutions, state and federal agencies.


Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**: A high school diploma or GED is required. Courses and college classes in bookkeeping, accounting, and finances are preferred.


Experience:

- **Office Expertise**: With at least two years of office experience in healthcare accounting, you're well-equipped to handle the intricacies of financial management.


Job Knowledge:

- **Technical Skills**: Utilize typing, telephone skills, calculators, computers, and adding machines. Familiarity with chart of accounts, basic bookkeeping, tax reports, financial reports, and relevant government agencies (Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Services).
