    As a Lead Front-End Web Developer with UI UX design experience, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of visually stunning and user-friendly websites, web applications, and digital assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, implement, and maintain visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.

    Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality, responsive designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.

    Implement user-centric UI UX design principles to optimize user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.

    Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative web solutions.

    Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and implement improvements to optimize website performance and user satisfaction.

    Stay current on the latest web development and design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

    Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

    Requirements:

    A minimum of 12 years of professional experience as a front-end web developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI UX design expertise.

    Min 2 Years as a LEAD.

    Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or

    Strong understanding of UI UX design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.

    Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or Figma.

    Knowledge of version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.

    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    Retail eCommerce exp is a huge plus.
