As the company continues to grow, we are currently looking for a Claims Processing Specialist (Supplier) (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Processing of supplier claims
  • Systematic evaluation of problem descriptions and root cause analyses in collaboration with SQM
  • Inspection/blocking of inventory in case of claims
  • Support in analyzing KPIs
  • Preparation of information from claim processes for continuous product improvement
  • Promotion of quality awareness (coaching) among employees

Your profile

  • Technical education or training
  • Professional experience in quality assurance
  • Knowledge of measurement technology
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
  • Strong quality awareness and analytical, service- and customer-oriented thinking
