    Description
    Industrial and Manufacturing Engineers

    work primarily in industrial settings such as factories, plants, and production facilities.

    Their main goal is to design, develop, and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

    They also focus on optimizing workflow, equipment, and resources to maximize output and minimize waste.


    Job Duties/Responsibilities:
    Analyse production processes and implement improvements.

    Develop quality control systems and ensure standards are met.

    Conduct cost analysis and implement cost reduction initiatives.

    Plan production schedules and manage inventory.

    Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely material delivery.

    Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    Evaluate and integrate new technologies for automation.

    Provide training and support to production staff.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

    Proficiency in engineering principles, statistical analysis, and CAD/CAM software.

    Min. 3 years of experience in relevant field of engineering.

    Project management experience is beneficial.

    Must have a valid permit to work in Australia/Canada or must be ready to secure one.
