Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our products and services.
• Occasionally travel short distances to smoke shops to engage directly with potential customers and strengthen conversion opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with your converted customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support, including timely followups to close sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for sales presentations or marketing collateral to ensure potential customers receive all the information they need.
• Monitor inhouse product releases to stay up to date with the latest information for your customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 year(s) of sales, customer service, or retail experience.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in glass accessories and vaping products, or similar markets.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion through cold calling, followups, and inperson visits.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
