Description

• Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively
• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of construction crews
• Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being completed according to the project plan
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve any constructionrelated issues that may arise
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring that all workers are adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation as needed
• Train and mentor construction crew members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
• Willingness to grow and be promoted
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

• 3+ years of experience as a construction foreman, preferably in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to multiple job sites
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
