    :

    The District Clinic Manager will be supervising non-medical operations within a multi-unit portfolio of clinics by planning strategies and consistent implementation to achieve results.

    The District Clinic Manager position will be a full time, exempt position that reports to the Director of Operations.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    · Accomplishes human resources objectives by hiring, orienting, training, developing, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.

    · Organizes and oversees the schedules of wellness coordinators within their assigned area.

    · Ensures employees manage their clinics efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies and goals.

    · Works with Shift Lead wellness coordinators to handle customer matters, complaints, and requests for area.

    · Collaborate with District Lead Nurses to ensure all cross function responsibilities are addressed

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    · Ensures each clinic has appropriate staff to meet objectives, including scheduling of staff and ensure all clinics within their area are staffed.

    · Oversees and manages when appropriate the financial metrics of all assigned clinics; this includes but is not limited to labor, sales, transactional growth, and costs.

    · Performs all Wellness Coordinator Duties at assigned clinics as/when needed.

    · Responsible for inventory management for all assigned clinics.

    · Acts as the Manager on Duty.

    · Collaborate with marketing department to execute local clinic marketing, special events, and outreach projects.

    · Manage customer service issues within the clinics.

    · Work with the training team to ensure all non-medical employees are following all policies and procedures.

    · Assist with facilities/maintenance and IT issues that take place within their district.

    · Responsible for all cash deposits for clinics in the area once monthly as well as ensuring proper cash handling practices are always followed.

    · Assist with events/new clinic openings.

    · Ensures that assigned employees comply with company policies and safety standards.

    · Coordinates with human resources to respond to employee concerns or complaints.

    · Responsible for conducting working interviews, trainings and evaluation of candidates and staff.

    · Effectively manage communication with all personnel within region.

    · Demonstrated evidence of integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment to positively influence employees at all levels.

    · Perform tips audits, prepare tip distribution reports and prepare Excel spreadsheets for each pay period.

    · Serves as a designated Manager on Duty handling all schedule callouts, maintenance issues and customer service matters.

    · Performs other related duties as assigned and required.

    · Expected to work one weekend shift weekly.

    · Will need to travel to clinics within the area- 75% of travel.

    · Provide back-up support for all staff as necessary.

    • 5+ years of multi-unit retail experience managing 4 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service


    • 7+ years of management experience leading a team of 10 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills


    • 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role

    Requirements:

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    · Excellent team management skills.

    · Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting.

    · Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    · Proficient in scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.

    · Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.

    Education and Experience:

    · Multi-unit management experience – 3 years required; 5 years preferred.

    · Bachelor's degree in business management degree preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    · Must be able to traverse the entire facility.

    · Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

    · Must be able to travel to multiple clinics in a given day.
