We are a group of 30 mental health counselors and clinical social workers providing outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

Recently voted Best of Greater Nashua and Best of the 603 for Mental Health Clinics in New Hampshire.

Wanderlust is locally owned by a social worker who was recently recognized as NH's Social Worker of the Year and the Union Leader's 40 Under 40.

We have operated here in Nashua since 2018 and have grown significantly since then. Wanderlust is very active in the community, supporting local non-profits that address social determinants of health in our community.

We are seeking outpatient clinicians to join our Nashua office either full-time (32 hours of more) or part-time (31 hours or less).

This can be in person, hybrid, or telehealth only. Clinicians make their own schedules but preference for clinicians with after work, weekend, and after school availability.

This is a fee for service position, however if clients cancel, we reimburse the clinician $22 per cancellation.

LICSW/LCMHC/LMFT/MLADC - $40 per clinical session. Must complete agency credentialing process.

Master's level clinician, pre-license - $35 per clinical session

Fulltime staff receive paid administration time and continuing education training at their clinical rate. All staff attending monthly in service trainings are paid their clinical rate.

We have NH Board of Mental Health approved supervisors and offer paid supervision (you are paid your clinical rate for your supervision hour weekly) while earning your clinical hours.

Clinical supervision for licensing is available for those seeking their LICSW/LCMHC/MLADC in New Hampshire.

Any pre-licensed professional must engage in a supervision agreement with a Wanderlust clinical supervisor in order to provide psychotherapy and obtain their conditional license to practice within 60 days of hire.

The supervision agreement must be sent to and approved by the NH Board of Mental Health Practice.

For full-time staff, we offer employer sponsored medical/dental plans, a simplified pension after one year of employment, earned time off, year-end bonuses, up to $600 towards professional development per year, paid holidays, and 6 weeks of paid family medical and parental leave (at no cost to the employee).

Part-time staff receive paid trainings and year-end bonuses.

We offer admin support, reception, clinical supervision, HR support, dedicated office space, and a supportive professional environment. We have no productivity requirements and don't penalize clinicians if their clients cancel. Monthly staff recognition lunch and other staff appreciation activities throughout the year. We value a work like balance and ability to have clinicians manage their own schedules.

We are also working towards meeting the State of NH's requirements for Student Loan Reimbursement Program (SLRP).
