Your responsibilities
In short: You will be responsible for providing technical support to our system house partners. This includes providing support over the phone and remotely for technical issues related to PBX systems (including Auerswald and other manufacturers), UCC, and peripherals. You will escalate software bug-related issues to the 3rd level support of the manufacturers.
In detail:
- You will handle inquiries from customers regarding complex technical requirements or error reports and process them
- You will create, review, and prioritize support tickets and monitor their timely processing according to existing service level agreements
- You will assist with installations and migrations
- You will advise the KOMSA sales team on technical questions
- You will escalate tickets to the manufacturer's support in case of escalation and coordinate with them
- You will have the opportunity to develop into a trainer for workshops
