    Summary of Functions


An Outside Sales/Solutions Specialist is responsible for expanding our business network by cultivating relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

They promote our cutting-edge CCTV Systems, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs and maximize value.

Collaborating closely with Engineers and Service Staff, they design custom camera systems and provide expert guidance to clients, addressing their pain points and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

With a keen focus on effective communication, initiative, and organizational skills, they serve as a trusted liaison between customers and internal teams, driving towards mutual success and innovation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Showcase our cuttingedge CCTV Systems, including Avigilon and SentraCam video, to prospective clients.
  • Harness your networking prowess to cultivate relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders, driving new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to identify untapped potential and offer comprehensive product solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Service Staff to develop bespoke camera solutions that address client specifications.
  • Delve into customer pain points, offering innovative solutions that resolve their challenges and ensure longterm satisfaction.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, serving as a trusted liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed.

Experience/Education

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of achieving results.
  • Company will provide additional training, as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, problemsolving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills and creativity applied to resolution of issues.
  • Highly proactive and responsive to internal and external customers
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and advise project leadership on complex issues
