As a member of our current 10-person purchasing team, you will support us with your expertise and experience in both purchasing and supplier management, and impress us with your negotiation skills.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable education with further training
  • Professional experience in purchasing
  • Technical knowledge and understanding, ideally with experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience with SAP-R/3
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills

Your Tasks

  • Ensuring the availability of electronic components through proactive planning, ordering, and placement of orders
  • Reviewing internal purchase requests for equipment and processing orders
  • Monitoring delivery dates and invoice verification
  • Conducting tenders and comparing offers
  • Negotiating prices and communicating with suppliers
  • Close cooperation with the departments of design, production, and quality assurance
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with peripheral topics (e.g. packaging law, long-term supplier declarations)
