- Design and develop corrective actions for identified problems.
- Identify and recommend engineering fixes to mitigate unacceptable risks and conduct evaluations on any new systems being placed on surface assets.
- Maintain a superior Naval Fleet by ensuring existing or new systems function as intended.
- Use experience-based knowledge in electromagnetic and topside surveys while broadening skillsets into areas like modeling and simulation, and operational assessments
- This position operates on a standard 8 hour schedule Monday - Friday
- Candidates must have a minimum of an Interim Secret clearance at time of application, an active Secret clearance is required for onsite work
- High School diploma or GED, required.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, preferred
- Experience with Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) and Electro Magnetic Certification (EMC) analysis
- Experience with Integrated Topside Design (ITD), EMP, or E3, or EMI, or EMC, or E3 Computation and Modeling, or EMC Shipboard Electromagnetic Compatibility
- Knowledge of EMC Acquisition Electromagnetic Compatibility
- Experience in the U.S
- Experience with Autodesk products
- Secret clearance
