- Guarantee at country level the correct delivery of any enterprise or local software, applications or other Information tools
- Assure IT project coordination and be the focal point for local or central software applications
- Collect local request to define IT applications in coherence with the central IT strategy
- Prepare and manage the ICT budget for the legal entities assigned
- Manage the local ICT resources (if any), assign priorities and tasks, measuring performance and grow path in agreements with local GM
- Select and manage local ICT suppliers in agreement with the purchasing department
- Analyze, test and prepare documentation for any new business procedure based on local software
- Assure the right support to the end users in daily activities with regards to information systems
- Be a proactive interface with all the other business functions to collect needs and requirements
- Any other responsibility defined by direct or functional supervisor
- Manage the whole lifecycle of any local software and business applications
- Meet local IT suppliers for technical support on applications
- Prepare and issue local purchasing request for IT investment
- Coordinate and organize IT maintenance activities to reduce application downtime
- Support end user in case of ordinary needs (related to Business Applications)
- Receive, verify, classify and perform any IT system authorization requests
- Execute end users support for any issues using software for individual productivity
- Any other responsibility defined by the direct supervisor
- Degree in Information Technology / Science or equivalent
- More than 5 years experience in a similar position
