RoselandState :NJCountry :United StatesPostal Code :Overview:Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with CDMO and clinical development teams to establish comprehensive supply chain business processes and standards for cell therapy clinical sample preparation and clinical trial execution, as well as operational management.
Participate in and supervise CDMO's procurement activities for production materials and equipment required for clinical preparation, including supplier selection, audit, reasonable cost control, and quality control.
Manage the entire operational process of CDMO's production, from manufacturing to release for clinical assurance that projects comply with GMP requirements; responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the Cell Therapy Product Traceability System (COC/COI).Engage in close communication with the clinical development team, participate in CDMO's production and cell product shipping plans, ensure on-time and quality delivery of clinical trial sample preparation.
Responsible for the logistics and transportation management of clinical samples and donor materials, including the selection, validation, and management of logistics carriersQualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Biotechnology, Operations Management, or related fields.
Over 8 years of experience in operational management in the biopharmaceutical industry, with preference given to candidates with relevant experience in cell therapy companies.
Familiar with Drug Management Law, GMP, GSP, and other relevant regulations.Possess excellent communication, analytical, coordination skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
