What to expect

As a Civil Engineer with a focus on Civil Engineering/Infrastructure for the Central Technical Department, Construction Workshop at Hattorf for K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH in Philippsthal/Werra, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Preparation, execution, monitoring and billing of construction work in the fields of solid construction, steel construction, building renovation, and infrastructure in maintenance and project operations
Preparation of verifiable structural calculations for new and renovated buildings in the areas of solid, steel, and timber construction
Technical supervision of workshop staff and supervision according to the Federal Mining Act of our contract partners in the area of responsibility
Development and provision of engineering work documents
Documentation of work results and reporting to the workshop manager
Collaboration with the departments of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, planning and project units, and production facilities

What you bring

Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering/Civil Engineering/Infrastructure (Master, Bachelor)
Good knowledge in the areas of SAP ERP, GIS, CAD, and MS Office applications
Teamwork, assertiveness, and confident action
Ideally, professional experience or internships in mining companies
Willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
