Your Role:

Do you love interacting with children and excel in delivering outstanding customer service, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the play space? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our little guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Streamline the checkin process for a hasslefree entry experience.
• Inform guests about safety protocols and monitor compliance with our policies.
• Address guest queries and requests promptly, guaranteeing their satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the play areas.
• Organize, set up, and tidy party rooms for special events.
• Efficiently operate our Point Of Sale (POS) system for various transactions and duties.
• Efficiently operate our operation and scheduling system on smartphones or tablets.
• Be proactive and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with a flair for clear and engaging interactions.
• A vibrant, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using smartphones or tablets.
• A genuine interest in serving the public and engaging with a diverse array of people.
