    Nordfab introduced Quick-Fit clamp-together ductwork, with its unique rolled edge ends and easy-to-use clamps, in 1990.

    As well as being the originator, Nordfab is the industry leader, and the world's largest manufacturer of clamp-together ducting for industrial ventilation.

    Our ducting is an integral part of dust, mist, and fume collection systems around the world.

    A $5.5 million expansion project adding 55,000 square feet of production and warehouse space, completed in spring 2023
    The addition of a 1+ megawatt rooftop solar array, completed in summer 2023
    The imminent launch of Nordfab Now, an initiative which will allow us to ship the majority of our products sold the day after order placement

    As Sales Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team and our customers know we are determined to be the fastest, friendliest, and most reliable manufacturer on their supplier linecard.

    Summary:
    The Nordfab Sales Director will report directly to the President and manage eight outside sales representatives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
    Demonstrate advanced understanding of the company's market, competitors, and economic indicators.

    As a key player on the management team, work closely with senior management to formulate and implement innovative go-to-market strategies, as well as to determine overall objectives and direction.

    Initiate, develop and implement sales strategies and programs that support growth and profitability targets. Develop new ways to penetrate our current markets and expand into new market segments.

    Analyze sales trends, market data, and key performance indicators and assess progress with our defined plans; provide product and sales forecasts.

    Develop and maintain relationships with customers / dealers to ensure customer loyalty. Nurture key accounts. Work with sales managers and customers to help customers exceed revenue expectations. Develop and improve value-add programs to satisfy dealers.
    Develop sales targets for territory managers. Mentor sales team members to help them achieve their goals. Coach team members in selling techniques and product knowledge. Ensure sales team projects a professional image.
    Work with marketing team on strategies to generate leads and nurture customers. Recommend and attend industry tradeshows and conferences.
    All other duties as assigned.
