IDD Residential Program Specialist
Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is actively seeking energetic, team-oriented professionals to join our management team in our IDD Residential Services Division.
Responsibilities include supervision of direct support employees, coordination of residential programs and assisting supported individuals to achieve their outcomes.
Additional responsibilities include risk management, ensuring the health/safety/welfare of individuals we support and compliance with state mandated regulations.
Threshold offers a comprehensive benefit package, 401 (k) plan for full time employees.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, flexible with on-call responsibilities. These are great work hours with paid Holidays starting day one of employment
