For our renowned client in Hamburg, we are looking for a telephone customer advisor (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Telephone consultation and support for customers and prospects regarding statutory health insurance and dental supplementary insurance
  • Processing of customer inquiries and applications
  • Interface between customers and health insurance companies
  • Recording and maintenance of customer data

Your profile:

  • Commercial training (e.g. office clerk or insurance specialist) or alternatively, career changers are also welcome
  • First experience in customer consultation
  • Enjoy working with customers
  • High willingness to learn and good communication skills
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form
