The Baden State Association for Inner Mission is one of the oldest and largest complex institutions for children and youth, integration, disability, and elderly care with approximately 700 employees in Baden.

In our Karlsruher Weg House (HKW), a care facility for seniors based on the shared living concept with 12 residents per group, we are currently seeking a:


Senior Care Specialist as Residential Area Manager (m/f/d):


Elderly Care Nurse:


Healthcare/Nursing Professional:


Part-time (80-90%):


Your Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the structural, process, and outcome quality of care in the residential area
  • Planning, creating, and monitoring the work schedule for the residential area
  • Managing the entire team in the care area with 24 residents
  • Organizing and regularly monitoring care, including care visits
  • Participating in the extended management team of the facility

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training as a certified senior care specialist (m/f/d) or, for example, healthcare/nursing professional (m/f/d)
  • Completed further education as a responsible nursing professional (m/f/d) or a degree in nursing management
  • Teamwork, empathy, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility and decisionmaking skills
  • Good knowledge of computerbased care documentation and work scheduling, as well as common MS Office programs
  • Willingness to participate in regular training and further education
