    u003cpu003eOliver James has been exclusively selected to assist with finding the next CFO of a growing Pu0026amp;C Insurance client of ours.

    This strategic, leadership position lead setting up the company for significant future growth.

    u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003colu003eu003cliu003eActs as key strategic leader and member of the Senior Management Team reporting directly to the President.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eHandles responsibility for all accounting cycle testing, auditing, and compliance functions.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProduces monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on both STAT, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles including consolidating entities and coordinating annual audits.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003ePrepares and files premium tax returns and all statutory reporting.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003ePrepares and works with internal tax department on quarterly and annual federal income tax filings.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eHandles responsibility for management oversight of reinsurance accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eCreates, support, and maintains investment guidelines for the organisation.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMaintains a leadership role in management of regulatory, rating agency, and Board of Directors reporting and communication functions.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eConfers with board members, organisation officials, and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, and resolve problems.
