Description
Reviewing/revising documents received from foreign associates and forwarding same to clients for execution- Ordering certified copies of documents from the USPTO and working with vendors to obtain same as needed
- Forwarding documents to the appropriate state and/or federal agencies and/or foreign consulates for authentication and legalization as needed
- Forwarding executed and/or legalized documents to foreign associates within the prescribed time limits
- Have strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Be extremely attentive to detail
- Be able to prioritize and stay on top of deadlines for multiple matters simultaneously
- Be able to learn to read and update the docket as it pertains to foreign formalities
