The
Customer Service Manager in Avilla will be managing a customer service group providing both bearing & power transmission products as well as rotating equipment services to our customer base.

This position will require someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and great leadership capabilities along with the desire to provide great customer service.

Responsibilities of the
Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Profit and loss of the facility and supervision of the inside sales team
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Prepare price quotes
  • Source products
  • Support outside sales team
Qualifications of the
Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • 3 years of rotating equipment background
  • 2 years of management experience required
  • Strong people skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a selfmotivated team player
  • Effective and proven leader

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
