CORE RESPONSIBLITIES
- Process and prepare accounts payable.
- Review and enter payables.
- Enter cash receipts.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports and process payments to vendors.
- Manage company's cash flow
- Prepare the monthly trial balance
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements.
- Prepare expense and cash reports and summaries for management.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Prepare quarterly tax filings.
- Close the month.
- Weekly purchase order reconciliation
- Maintain all HR documentation.
- Employee timesheet management
- Manage and maintain employee benefits.
- Manage and maintain company business insurance.
- Track and maintain government reporting on sales, labor statistics, nondiscrimination, etc.
- Prepare for audits on above government reporting.
- Prepare vendor audits, creditor audits, government audits and contract audits.
Pay:
$70, $75,000.00 per year
