Description

Whiteville is looking for E-Commerce merchants who act as the interface between purchasing, sales, logistics, marketing, and IT.

They shape the product range for the online shop and act as a link to other departments, developing sales-promoting measures for our in-house sales channel, the online shop.

They communicate internally with the mentioned departments and with our customers via email, chat, or telephone to discuss inquiries, complaints, or delivery requests.

They analyze current developments in the E-Commerce industry and derive functional requirements and marketing approaches, which they then design in consultation with our service providers

Information:

1 apprentice per year, training duration: 3 years, desirable: good secondary school leaving certificate / commercial school / high school diploma, selection process: ongoing.
