Position Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, aligned relationships with both new and existing long term supplier partners in collaboration with Tronex Executive Leadership to align with business objectives.
Lead or support the implementation of various key projects within Tronex Global Sourcing Department as assigned.

Including but not limited to:

Ongoing manufacturing base growth and global diversification, critical supplier manufacturing assessments, and industry market research to support corporate strategies.

Coordinate with Executive Leadership to foster continuous excellence in overall Supplier Relations, including existing supplier performance metrics and new supplier development, focusing on manufacturing and service excellence.
Available for periodic overseas travel, including but not limited to: Manufacturing sites across the world and related industry global business conferences.
Maintain a full registry of manufacturing base contacts and performance acumen, including primary, secondary, and tertiary hierarchy in alignment to corporate strategy.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail to drive timely execution in meeting and exceeding project timelines for successful outcome.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with focus in global supply chain, product development a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, global manufacturing, supply chain and/or sourcing operations.
Willingness to travel overseas, up to 25%.
Agility and ability to thrive in a fastmoving environment, with high selfinitiative, managing multiple projects and short deadlines with flexibility to changing direction.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Fluency in speaking and writing in Mandarin or Cantonese.

The position is located full time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters.
