Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
  • Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
  • Manage phone calls and reservations effectively
  • Process payments and maintain guest accounts
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
  • Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
  • Excellent guest relations skills
  • Ability to perform night audit duties is desirable
