    Job Description

    Are you an experiencedSolutions Architect? Then we have an opportunity for you to support Joint Tests (JTs) and Quick Reaction Tests (QRTs). The DTLP JFS will determine the operational necessity and technical feasibility of conducting a follow-on joint test (JT) or quick reaction test (QRT) to develop, test, and validate an operating instruction describing the business rules and data architecture needed to develop a Digital Theater Logistics Plan in support of US Combatant Commanders.

    As a Solutions Architect you will participate with a team of diverse individuals to:

    + Support the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Joint Feasibility Study (JFS)

    + Use advanced techniques to clean, normalize and analyze data used in mission-critical tests

    A week in the life of a Solutions Architect:

    + Assess the feasibility of conducting a Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E), Joint Test and Evaluation Program (JT&E) project to develop, test, and evaluate a DTLP describing operational logistics planning.

    + Develop logical data models, work with solution architects, business analysts and software developers.

    + Use Business Intelligence and Geospatial software tools to build data visualizations.

    + Interface with USINDOPACOM, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Joint Staff J4 (Logistics), US Transportation Command, and military service stakeholders.

    + Develop diagrams and process models representing logistics relationships.

    + Conduct infrastructure analysis, research, obtain relevant documents and directives, and establish liaison with sponsors and other interested participants.

    + Identify test article(s) that are prototypes of the test product and are used during testing. Test article examples include new or improved TTP, CONOPS, or CONEMP; a proposed system-of -systems architecture; a new or different process model; or a new test methodology.

    + Develop a Joint Test Project Master Plan that is the primary document for managing a chartered joint test. The Project Master Plan includes definition of the joint test problem, scope of the test, test issues and measures, test concept, test limitations, and risks.

    + Develop a Joint Test schedule.

    + Prepare briefing materials for technical advisory boards and senior advisory councils.

    Job Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience

    + Experience with process modeling and analysis tools.

    + Secret security clearance minimum

    + Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus.

    + Familiarity with operational assessment, demonstration processes, procedures and techniques, data collection, and reporting as pertains to theater logistics.

    + Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner via verbal presentations, producing written products, or otherwise informing senior stakeholders at the senior executive level.
