    Job Title: Lead Technical Architect

    Location: Las Vegas, NV / Remote (PST Work Hours)

    Employment Type: Full-time Direct Hire (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect with a minimum of 7+ years of expertise, specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP solutions and related technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HCM/ERP solutions using Oracle Cloud.

    Key Requirements (7+ years):

    • Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP solutions, including Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Core Java, JavaScript, and Java Webservice concepts (SOAP and REST).
    • Proven experience as a solution architect.
    • Ability to work independently with effective multitasking skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and logical-reasoning abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Desired Skills:

    • Hands-on experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP implementations.
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
    • Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion applications HCM and ERP.
    • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS concepts.
    • Expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI, OTBI reports, and HCM conversions.
    • Knowledge of Oracle ERP FBDI templates and loading processes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
    • Seven years of progressive programming and applications analysis experience, including integrated database system design and maintenance.
    • U.S. Citizenship or Green card required.
