Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)
Part-time (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
- Independently prepare, process, and review payroll
- Serve as point of contact for all questions regarding payroll and relevant labor laws
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- Manage company pension plans
- Assist with payroll and social security audits
- Maintain and update employee records
- Handle reporting and correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
- Monitor deadlines
Requirements:
- Completed training as a payroll accountant/tax clerk or further education as a payroll specialist, or equivalent qualification
- Experience with SP Data and MS Office applications (preferred but not required)
- Ideally, several years of experience in a similar role
- Quick learner with strong process understanding
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- Enthusiasm, loyalty, and enjoyment of working in a team environment
