    Job Title:Live-in Housekeeper UES

    Location:New York, NY (Upper East Side)

    Days:Monday - Friday

    Pay:$90,000/yr - $100,000/yr + Health Insurance

    Accommodations:Private Bedroom and Bathroom

    Vacation:Two weeks of paid vacation

    Staff:(1) Part-time Housekeeper

    Job Description:

    One older client is looking for a full-time, live-in Housekeeper to help maintain her residence in New York City.Candidates must be experienced working in a fine home and demonstrate skills in all aspects of High-end laundry, household cleaning, and cooking.Due to the client's hearing, she seeks someone who can speak clearly.

    • This is a need for a detailed Housekeeper who is good with laundry and bed-making
    • High standards of service within the semi-formal environment, more professional/traditional)
    • She is consistently maintaining the home to the principals standards and preferences.

    Housekeeping:

    • Experience caring for high-end furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
    • Performing various cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Using green cleaner where requested.
    • Laundry services, including ironing and changing bed linens daily.
    • Keeping closets highly organized, clean, and tidy
    • Cooking for her and possibly one lunch and a nice dinner.
    • Inventory and purchasing of cleaning supplies, and paper goods.
    • Answering the phone and greeting guests at the door.
    • Setting the table and cleaning dinner dishes.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 5+ years related experience working for a private home or family.
    • Professional, capable, self-confident, self-starting, and energetic.
