    JOB SUMMARY

    This role involves overseeing Delivery operations, including managing delivery staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining safety and security standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Supervise Delivery Associates to ensure adherence to procedures and routes, and provide excellent customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain accurate electronic logs.
    • Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
    • Plan work schedules and oversee asset utilization.
    • Coordinate repairs and review delivery performance.
    • Enforce company policies and procedures, conduct meetings, and address employee relations.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues.
    • Visit customers and address delivery challenges.
    • Conduct safety training and investigations.
    • Manage staff selection, development, and performance evaluations.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferably a college degree in Business Management or related field.
    Experience
    • 1-3 years of related experience.
    Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
    • Complete a defensive driving program.
    • Preferred HazMat certification and valid Class A Commercial Driver License.
    Professional Skills
    • Lead discussions effectively.
    • Work collaboratively across departments.
    • Solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to make decisions.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to communicate clearly.
    Physical Demands
    • Talk or hear frequently.
    • Stand, walk, sit, and lift heavy objects.
    • Specific vision abilities required.
    Working Conditions
    • Exposed to various working conditions and non-traditional hours.
    • May need to travel occasionally.
