Our client is a globally operating major corporation in the pharmaceutical industry. At the Frankfurt location, several thousand employees are employed in all essential functional areas.


For quality assurance, we are looking for a Quality Systems Support (m/f/d) for R&D projects to start as soon as possible.


Your tasks:

  • Processing, creation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other GMP documents for the use of a new electronic system, including starting the workflows of the updated documents in the corresponding electronic systems (15%)
  • Support in updating data regarding thirdparty management for simplified migration to the new system, procurement of additional information on raw materials and materials from the respective suppliers (20%)
  • Support of the operational units in preparation and conversion for the new system (10%)
  • Support in creating, organizing and conducting training or information sessions for GMPrelevant systems and aspects within the project (10%)
  • Review of migrated documents and entries and, if necessary, updating of data (15%)
  • Support of project management and current process owners (10%)
  • Creation/update of templates for use in the new system (5%)
  • Updating the overview of links between global and local quality documents (after transfer to the new system) and tracking the corresponding review (15%)

Our requirements:

  • Completed scientific or technical education or equivalent with a high level of quality understanding for various processes within the scope of GMP
  • At least 3 years (
