Role and Responsibilities


Responsible for either a single or multiple part of the logistics cycle of all Samsung products from manufacturing through SALS warehouses, to the customer.

Responsible for regional customer account relations, direct ship, customer service, or managing product returns and claims from customers.

The position ensures the smooth transportation of product through the transportation channel through the management of individual shipments in transit, the determination of shipping methods or warehousing methods, the management of delivery and documentation and the processing of claims through phone and personal contact with logistics colleagues at our business partners, internal partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities- Assist to manage a business process for Inventory and Operational related functions.- Manage Corporate NERP SAP ERP system- Manage transportation process from factory to customer delivery, focusing on one of the following:

  • Product management within the warehouse facility.-
  • Manage projects to include warehouse setups, warehouse moves, new customer testing and requirements-
  • Manage the planning for all hubs for physical Inventory-
  • Key Liaison between warehouse operations and customers
  • Assist in overseeing virtual inventory in alignment with company guidelines, ensuring adherence to established protocols
  • Collaborate in the implementation of inventory control systems under the guidance of the Inventory Controller
  • Assist in maintaining meticulous records of inventory, including transfers, cycle counts, and reconciliations
  • Perform regular audits to ensure counts align with our records
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations to identify and find solutions for inventory discrepancies
  • Analyze root causes of inconsistencies and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to gain thorough insights into inventory requirements and demands
  • ensure adequate stock levels through efficient ordering and replenishment processes
  • Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory and minimize costs across all supply locations
  • Contribute to team collaboration with a commitment to the company's core values and strategies
  • Be proactive and direct in communicating opportunities, issues, and requirements ensuring manager and senior staff are current on all critical matters, with a focus on resolution alternatives, recommendations and implementation planning, costs, and benefits
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with business partners, both external and internal to positively influence decision-making and improve overall corporate performance and visibility
  • Update communication channels to address inventory-related concerns or requests
  • Manage physical warehouse and office spaces, ensuring safety, managing shipments, restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing security
  • Implement strategies to maximize onsite and offsite storage capacity
  • Collaborate with teams to handle returns, replacement products, and accurately update inventory records
  • Conduct thorough inspections of returned merchandise
  • Accurately record received items in the inventory management system
  • Generate reports detailing audit findings and recommend corrective actions
Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related field, APICS CPIM Certification, or equal work experience- 2-5 years' experience in related field- 2-5 years SAP Experience required- Inventory experience required- Managed 5-10 people minimum

Preferred Qualifications- SAP ERP and WMP experience preferred- On - site experience managing warehouse inventory
