We need an evaluation at the home of a rescued bell ringer dog with neurological problems due to cerebellar trauma. The dog has ataxia and deafness. We need advice and guidance based on its behavior. It also has anxiety attacks and barks. It scratches the door, causing damage and inconvenience to the neighborhood, who are strongly against the dog staying there. We don't know what to do to improve the animal's quality of life and avoid threats and harassment from the neighbors.
